Strategically situated on the corridor of Cabo San Lucas, Cabo Del Sol boasts a multitude of grand amenities while being just 10-minutes outside of downtown Cabo San Lucas. We kindly ask for a minimum gratuity of 10% of your reservation to split fairly to our service personnel. This home is provided with a team of staff to ensure your stay is as comfortable and relaxing as possible. They will be at your residence to check you in and perform a final walk-thru during departure, as well as be "on-call" and available while you are in Cabo. This Local Expert will help plan and book all of your restaurant reservations, activities, chef services, yacht charters, grocery pre-stock and more. 7-night New Years reservations must start on December 26th or later.ĪLL OF OUR VILLA RENTALS include a Personal Concierge. * 7-night Christmas reservations must end on or before December 28th. * An additional $150 USD per person per night will be charged for groups over 18 guests. * Nightly rate does not include 20% Govt IVA. With respect to maintaining our expected level of service, we will require a second butler on groups over 15 guests for an additional charge of $150/night, applied after booking. One of the things our guests love about Casa Brooks is the platinum level of service they receive. For times you don't want to cook, you have the option of walking to one of nearby restaurants at Sheraton Grand Hotel or hire one of our incredible private chefs. Your trip will be complete with a personal concierge, daily butler (except day of departure), and daily housekeeping service. The outdoor terrace includes a custom-built 16-person hot tub, a large fire pit, daybed and porch swings.
The formal dining room, main kitchen, outdoor BBQ and outdoor pool terrace areas flow together making meal service and entertaining effortless.

Included in the villa's 10 bedrooms, there is a separate, full apartment that has its own entrance and kitchen. As you make your way to the living room, you will be welcomed by sweeping ocean views. This two-story, hacienda-style, luxury villa greets you with an exquisite courtyard with a central fountain surrounded by meticulous brickwork and old-world details. This stunning villa boasts an astounding 10 bedrooms and 9.5 bathrooms while allowing up to 22 guests, making it a perfect place for a large gathering with family, friends, and corporate retreats. A private, members only club occupies this area and is NOT available for use by renters. There is an accessible beach beside the Sheraton Hotel and requires either a golf cart or car to get to. Please note that the beach directly in front of the villa is NOT accessible to renters.
